Youth League Coach
2019 Season to Present
Fort Wayne Metro Youth Bowling includes a team of coaches who love the sport of bowling. On Saturday mornings, we work with our youth bowlers, regardless of skill level at various locations throughout Fort Wayne. Amongst our many priorities, our primary goal is ensuring that all youth league bowlers have the best experience possible. During each weekly match, the coaches will assist the kids to make sure they are seeing improvement and striving for success. We understand each child has a different experience level and has different goals, so we try to match our coaching to their level.
High School Coach
2022 Season to Present
I am the Carrol Charger Bowling Team head coach. During the 2022-2023 season, I helped our seven bowlers increase their averages over the previous year. Two players improved over 20 pins, two players improved 7 pins, and one bowler went from "new to the sport" to averaging 104 in the few short weeks we had together. The team finished the season with an 8-2 record. My bowlers were crowned Sectional Champions in both Boys and Girls Singles this year. The team won the Conference Championship during both the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 seasons. The team finished fourth in the State Finals in the Team event in 2025. Also in 2025, one of our girls won the State Championship in the Singles and another finished fourth.in the Singles event. The team qualified for the 2025 U.S. High School Bowling National Championships.
Clinic Instructor

I assisted at several bowling clinics for both youth and adults. I also assisted Gold Coach Ron Hatfield with a Bronze Clinic in Columbus, Ohio.

I am a Certified Pro Shop Technician trained by Jayhawk Bowling.
Working on USBC Gold Level Coaching Credential
Spring 2023 to Present
I am currently pursuing my USBC Gold Level Credential. This is the highest coaching credential in the USBC. There are currently less than 40 in the world.
